Monthly Service Charge

This is the amount you pay each month for using Mandi's services, independent of how frequently you call. Included in your monthly fee is:

Minutes included - Mandi time

Mandi time is just that - the time that you spend talking to Mandi. Talk all you like because it's unlimited with SpeechPhone local. You use Mandi time for:

	Answering and screening calls
	Listening to your voice mail
	Listening to e-mail by phone
	Changing your reachability settings
	Delivering voice mail to your e-mail account

Minutes included - Outbound Calls

Everytime Mandi makes a call for you, this counts as outbound minutes. Some of the SpeechPhone plans include outbound minutes and some don't, so choose a plan that best suits your calling patterns.

You use outbound minutes to:

	Connect you with your caller
	Have Mandi locate you
	Call back from Voice Mail
	Dial by Voice

What's extra?

If you are a Base plan subscriber, all outbound calls you make are charged at the low price of 4.9 cents a minute.

The Unlimited Speech and Soho plans cover your calls throughout the contiguous US and Canada. Any calls to Hawaii, and Alaska are additional but still an incredible deal - only 4.9 cents a minute. If you call information (directory assistance) we charge $1 per call.

You can only make international calls if you subscribe to one of SpeechPhone's flat rate international plans.

Monthly Billing

At the beginning of each month, SpeechPhone debits your credit card or checking account (which ever you specify when you sign-up), for that month's service charge. At the same time you will be charged for any outbound minutes used in the previous month.

You can see all your account charges and account activity online by logging into your account.


Activation Fee

You will be charged a one-time activation fee of $99 when we activate your account. Call the sales group or e-mail us to see if you are eligible for any promotional discounts.
